Frequently Asked Questions

What is Shoprezzo?

Shoprezzo.com is an online platform that allows you to find and compare products from some of the best merchants around. With the growing number of merchants we’ve partnered with, we pride ourselves on bringing to you some of the most highly-rated products. Save yourself the time and hassle of searching multiple sites to source products. Find them here, with links directly to the merchants.

How does it work?

It’s easy to find amazing products all in one place, simply go to the category and search, or use the search bar to find what you’re looking for. Read through the description and reviews and when you’re ready, click the “Buy Now” button where you’ll be taken directly to the merchant to make your purchase.

Can I purchase directly from Shoprezzo?

Shoprezzo makes it easy to find your products, but we don't sell any products ourselves, and that's why you can't purchase directly from our website. You can of course search for products, read the description and reviews and when you're ready you will be redirected to the online store that is offering the item at a great price, easy peasy!

Where can I find information on Shipping, Taxes, Return Policy, etc.?

Although we try our best to provide you with as much information as possible about products, in certain instances you'll need to liaise directly with the store selling the item for information like delivery time and costs, return policies, and taxes.

Why haven't I received a confirmation email from Shoprezzo?

At Shoprezzo we help you find the product you're looking for, but since we don't sell any products ourselves, you'll never receive a confirmation email from us. When you have found the product you're looking for on Shoprezzo, you'll be redirected to the merchant's website, where you can make the purchase. The confirmation email will be sent by the merchant where the purchase was made. If you haven't received a confirmation email after your order, you will need to check directly with the online store where the purchase was completed.

What to do if the price on Shoprezzo is not the same as shown on the website I'm redirected to?

The product and price information shown on Shoprezzo is collected directly from the retailers we have partnered with. The information is consolidated into a product data feed and is automatically updated daily. This allows us to represent prices as accurately as possible to those on the merchant's website. While every effort is made to keep prices as accurate as possible, regrettably, there are times when the price on Shoprezzo may differ from those on the merchant's website. This may be due to the time it takes for our servers to update prices when the merchant changes them. If you do encounter a price difference between the price shown on Shoprezzo and the price displayed on the store's website you've been redirected to, the price displayed on the store's website is the one that you will be required to pay.
